Jodi Serwatuk

I’m a travel agent who specializes in helping families plan unforgettable vacations—whether that means theme park adventures, relaxing all-inclusive resorts, or cruising to exciting destinations. Family travel comes with a lot of moving pieces, and my goal is to make the planning simple, stress-free, and tailored to what works best for your family.

From choosing the right destination and resort to navigating transportation, dining, and logistics, I take care of the details so you can focus on the fun! Whether you’re traveling with little ones, teens, or planning a multigenerational getaway, I help design vacations that balance fun, relaxation, and value.

Disney holds a very special place in my heart. I’m a former Walt Disney World Cast Member and lifelong Disney fan, with experience visiting Walt Disney World since childhood, sailing on Disney Cruise Line, exploring Disneyland, enjoying adults-only Disney trips, and traveling with my kids. I even spent a year living the magic while working at the Canadian Pavilion in EPCOT.

Between theme park tickets, resort options, dining reservations, Lightning Lanes, and special experiences, Disney and Universal vacations can feel overwhelming. That’s where my expertise really shines. I provide step-by-step guidance, insider tips, and personalized recommendations to help you get the most out of your vacation—without the stress.

I’ve been fortunate to collect so many magical travel memories over the years, and nothing brings me more joy than helping families create their own—whether that’s their first trip, a milestone celebration, or a much-needed escape.

What Jodi’s clients say:

“We had a great vacation!! Your advice certainly helped us—we were clueless and you helped us understand everything and the best way to do it. We loved everything

and managed to do all the rides we wanted. The resort was amazing as well! Thank you so much. I will certainly recommend you to anyone going to Disney World.”

“I’ve been working with Jodi and she’s honestly amazing. She’s always super quick to respond to any questions, and she goes above and beyond to make the whole process is easy and stress-free. She’s given me exclusive guides for my trips, automatically applied discounts without me even asking, and has saved me hundreds of dollars on each vacation. It’s clear she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re planning a trip!”
